La société Leading Edge a éditée une planche de decal en série limitée, commercialisée par Uncle Bill's Hobby Calgary, Alberta, Canada, pour réaliser la décoration spéciale portée par un CF-188 Hornet du 410th Tactical Fighter (Operational Training) Squadron "Cougars" du 4th Wing basé à CFB Cold Lake à l'occasion des 40 ans du 4th wing et pour fêter le centennaire des provinces de Saskatchewan et d'Alberta en 2005.

The company Leading Edge published a decal sheet in limited series, marketed by Uncle Bill's Hobby Calgary, Alberta, Canada, to carry out the special marking carried by a CF-188 Hornet of the 410th Tactical Fighter (Operational Training) Squadron “Cougars” of the 4th Wing based with CFB Cold Lake at the time of the 40 years of the 4th wing and and to celebrate the centenary of the provinces of Saskatchewan and Alberta in 2005.
